Supply chain management means planning and control the total processes of the business which involved, all suppliers, customers and other intermediaries who belong directly and indirectly to fulfill the customer satisfaction

  5. Yes. It's the total process from customer order placement to customer delivery. But if forwarders or logistic providers fail to meet the shipments on time it would affect to the business.

    How to overcome those tragic situations which are beyond manufactures control?
